Level 2 & 3 helpdesk support
Phone, email and web-based support for your open source applications. Rapid resolution of trouble tickets through our issue management system. This is available under a range of service contracts to suit your needs, including per-ticket, per-seat and flat rate.
Training
Onsite training for IT and office staff. We can provide one-to-one technical training for your IT staff as well as train-the-trainer courses for large-scale roll outs. We are experts in online e-learning systems and can provide on-going training resources for new staff and for refresher courses.
Consulting
