Full Job Description:

  • Receptionist duties, including screening and directing phone calls
  • Data entry
  • Printing, copying, scanning
  • Filing and records management
  • Incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
  • Office supplies and inventory management
  • General office administration
  • Process development and implementation
  • Understanding and formatting internal business tools
  • Client contract administration and communication
  • Note and minute taking
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and systems
  • Enthusiasm for organisation and processes
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Proof reading
  • and any other ad-hoc tasks as required

Working Week (hours and days) Monday- Friday flexible hours 10:00 – 15:00

Skills Required: Good written English skills, attention to detail, team player, open communication, listening skills, motivation.

Personal Qualities: Able to work well within a team, good sense of humour, loves organisation, confidence, eager to learn, good work ethic

Sample tools used in role: LibreOffice suite, Thunderbird Mail, ESPO CRM, Wiki (internal knowledge hub)

Training: Training will be provided on our tools and processes

Package details

Salary range £20,000 - £22,000 pro-rata depending on experience.

Varying benefit in kind options including Cycle to work scheme, private health care contribution.
