The Department of Internal Affairs (DIA) and Catalyst are showing the world how having digitised government services can be vital in times of a pandemic.
With the support of Ministry of Social Development and National Emergency Management Agency, DIA and Catalyst have collaborated to quickly build and deliver an accessible financial help tool to make it easy for Kiwis to understand what financial assistance they are entitled to as a result of COVID-19.
This tool will reduce the volume of phone enquiries and relieve the strain of high traffic on the Ministry of Health site.
Catalyst is proud to play a part in delivering Kiwis financial clarity on an easy to use site that only took six days to build, utilising elements from DIA and Catalyst previous Life Events websites: SmartStart, Death Documents and Te Hokinga ā Wairua - End of Life Service.
