Dear Catalyst Cloud customers,
Last month we ran a survey asking some customers for feedback, so you can steer the development of our services in the right direction.
The cloud dashboard came up on top of the list, with customers asking for better performance and usability improvements. Another topic that came up was the need for better communication, so that users can easily find out if there are any known incidents going on and updates on their resolution.
Today, we are very happy to announce the release of a new version of the cloud dashboard. The new dashboard delivers better performance, usability improvements, new features and a whole new look and feel.
We have also added a new status page to the Catalyst Cloud website at: http://catalyst.net.nz/catalyst-cloud/status. This page is now used by our cloud engineers to communicate with customers about incidents and their resolution. Information about resolved incidents will remain on the page for three business days, allowing customers to catch up with past events.
Thank you very much for your feedback on our survey. We have already adjusted the direction of our services based on your input and continue to act on other items that came up.
