New Zealand’s newest Koha library: Commerce Commission Library

Catalyst’s Koha team is proud to have partnered with the Commerce Commission to develop their new Koha library website. Launched in May of this year, developer Alex Buckley worked closely with Hilda Wadham and Nadine Fathers of the library team. With the assistance of designer Nikita Sharpe, Catalyst and the Commerce Commission were able to bring to fruition an incredible looking custom design.

The implementation involved cataloguing hundreds of new bibliographic records, training and design sessions with library staff, integrating a self-checkout module with the Commission’s ADFS service, and setting up single sign-on.

The Commerce Commission library team enjoyed a smooth launch of Koha, and have had excellent feedback from colleagues who are delighted by the look and feel.

Make sure you are following Koha on Twitter and follow Catalyst too!
