Support packages

A support package is a pre-purchased bundle of time which is used by Catalyst staff to provide support when requested by the library.

If a Kakapo support package is open, Catalyst will guarantee a response to critical issues within 24 hours on NZ business days. A shorter response time can be guaranteed at an aadditional cost.

Days are calculated at 8 working hours per day. This indicates effort rather than duration of work.
