What does the course cover?

In this workshop, we'll cover examples and possibilities for your OPAC and how to:
- Add content to OPAC sections, such as news items, footer, navigation
- Add custom content to the OPAC home page through HTML customisations
- Create custom content pages with Koha yourself using the Pages tool
- Make styling changes using the OPACUserCSS and OPACUserJS system preferences
- Make your OPAC accessible and mobile responsive
- Add a translation for your custom OPAC content.
What you'll gain:
- An understanding of how you can customise your Koha OPAC
- Confidence using basic HTML, creating custom content, and updating your homepage.

- We'd like to offer sessions tailored to your team's needs. We'll contact you beforehand to confirm your requirements and ensure we cover what you want to learn.
- Online and in-person sessions have the same pricing.
- We'd love to host you at Catalyst House in Wellington or visit you at your workplace.
- Sessions are for up to four attendees. If you'd like to have a larger group, we'll need an additional trainer to support everyone. Please contact us if you're interested in training larger groups.
- After sessions, we'll contact you with handy links or materials mentioned. This is covered in the training cost.
