In 2026, Anna Wilson joined Catalyst as General Manager, Growth & Commercial. Throughout her career in technology and professional services, her approach has remained the same. "Technology is important, and what really matters is how it enables organisations to achieve better outcomes for their people and the communities they serve."
In her role, a key aspect of Anna's work is to listen and create clarity. Listening to understand what people, whether colleagues or clients, are trying to achieve makes all the difference. "When people feel heard, we create the environment for better decisions and stronger collaboration." In practice, that starts with a simple question she brings to every new client conversation: "What does success look like for you?" Whether that's efficiency, resilience, innovation, or better outcomes for their customers or communities. Starting here reveals what an organisation actually cares about, and keeps the work anchored to what truly matters.
